Day 01 : Arrive Delhi
On the arrival one of our representatives meets and assists you to make you reach safely to a pre-booked hotel. We also make you completely relaxed as we take responsibility to get all your formalities done. This is where you get ready to enjoy your journey. Overnight stay is planned at the hotel.
Day 02 : Delhi
After we finish our breakfast, we embark on a half day city tour of Old Delhi to begin with. We cover all the prominent destinations that include Jama Masjid, largest Indian mosque, Red Fort, massive fort made of red stones, Chandni Chowk and Rajghat, Mahatma Gandhi cremation site. The journey also includes other destinations such as Humayuns Tomb, Qutab Minar and we also take you on a drive to India Gate, President House and Connaught Place. The tour is concluded with Laxmi Narayan Temple, the most revered temple.
Day 03 : Delhi to Udaipur
After we finish our breakfast, we transfer you to the airport in order to board flight for Udaipur. As we arrive at Udaipur and transfer to a pre-booked hotel, you get ample of rest. Nagda and Eklingji remains on our charts in the afternoon.
Day 04 : Exploring Udaipur
As we finish our breakfast, we move towards to explore the romantic city of Udaipur. We visit the City Palace, Jagdish temple, Sahelion ki Barior, and enjoy a boat ride on Lake Pichola.
Day 05 : Moving from Udaipur to Ranakpur and Jodhpur
After breakfast, we leave for Jodhpur. We also make sure to cover various Jain temples at Ranakpur en route. You would love the architecture of these temples as they are made from marble. All of them were built around 1460. The main temple out there rests on 1,444 pillars, all of them carved in a different manner. Overnight stay in one of the pre-booked hotels is planned.
Day 06 : Jodhpur to Jaisalmer
Covering 290 km investing nearly 5 – 6 hours, we reach the city of Jodhpur. As we visit the famous Mehrangarh Fort, also known as the “Majestic Fort”, we witness its 3 gates, each commemorating a particular victory. With a wide collection of musical instruments, furniture, palanquins and cannons on the forts, there is always a lot to witness. In the afternoon hours, we embark on our journey to Jaisalmer.
Day 07 : Jaisalmer
As we finish our breakfast, we embark on the city tour of Jaisalmer. We take you to the famous fort built by Rawal Jaisal. Get ready to witness the beautiful Patwon Ki Haveli, Gadsisar, along with an excursion to Sam, where the Desert Festival takes place. Enjoy a camel ride on the sand dunes and get enthralled with a magnificent sunset.
Day 08 : Jaisalmer to Bikaner
Travelling around 333 km while investing six to seven hours, we reach Bikaner. As we arrive there, we make you reach to a pre-booked hotel. Get ready to enjoy the city of Bikaner. We also take you to the famous Junagarh Fort along with other fascinations.
Day 09 : Bikaner to Mandawa
As we travel nearly 190 km investing nearly 4 to 5 hours, we visit the famous Karni Mata temple at Deshnoke. In the afternoon, we leave for Mandawa and check into the hotel to relax.
Day 10 : Mandawa to Jaipur
Nearly investing four to five hours while covering 168 km, we reach the city ‘pink city’ of Jaipur in the afternoon. After the breakfast, we visit the beautiful Mandawa. If Mandawa is famous for its painted havelis, Jaipur is a city with indomitable beauty in terms of art and culture. Dating back to 18th century, Mandawa is a home to numerous towns of tourist interest. Some places of interest include Mandawa, Fatehpur and Nawalgarh.
Day 11 : Exploring Jaipur
After we finish our breakfast, we go for an excursion to Amber Fort. We enjoy elephant ride there and visit the famous Amber Fort as well. In the afternoon, we also take you to the city of Jaipur. We also visit the City Palace, the beautiful and gorgeous monument. Hawa Mahal also remains on our traveling charts.
Day 12 : Jaipur to Fatehpur Sikri and thereafter Agra
Covering nearly 256 km and investing six to seven hours, we reach the famous city of Agra. We also make you visit the famous city of Fatehpur Sikri en route. Built by Emperor Akbar in 1569, Fatehpur Sikri is a city to explore. It is the oldest capital of Moghuls. Get ready to witness the beautiful buildings that includes Jama Masjid, Tomb of Salim Chisti, Panch Mahal & other palaces.
Day 13 : Agra
As we finish our breakfast, we visit the famous Red Fort in the city of Agra. You witness the popular hall of public and private audiences with many other fascinations. Other attractions include the Itmad-ud-daulah along with the indomitable monument, the great Taj Mahal. Afternoon is deliberately kept free for your leisure time.
Day 14 : Agra to Jhansi
This is the day when we go by train, Shatabdi Express from Agra to Jhansi. We also take you to Orchha and Khajuraho that involves nearly 178 km while investing four to five hours. After the breakfast, we transfer to the railway station in order to board train for Jhansi. As we arrive there in Jhansi, we board our car/coach and move towards the famous Khajuraho. We take en route the famous Orchha. Once the capital of Bundelas you will be glad to know that Orchha was a small village and even till today it has retained that old charm. As Orchha was founded in 1531, it dates back to first half of 17th century. We continue our drive to Khajuraho. Arrival in Khajuraho is followed by checking into the hotel.
Day 15 : Khajuraho to Varanasi
As we finish our breakfast we visit the famous Khajuraho, built in the 10th and 11th century. You will simply love the erotic carvings on some panels and renders exquisite charm to you. You get an opportunity to visit the world famous Khajuraho temples with its amazing architecture. In the afternoon, we transfer you to the airport in order to board flight for Varanasi. Arrival in Varanasi and transferring to a pre booked hotel is planned.
Day 16 : Exploring Varanasi
In the early morning hours, we enjoy the exotic boat ride on the Ganges. We witness the beautiful bathing Ghats (river bank) & cremation site with some people performing rituals. The beauty is enhanced with the fact that the sunrise on the riverfront becomes gorgeous. Indeed, the life on the Ghats is bound to attract every kind of traveler. Varanasi is the religious capital of Hinduism, thus making it to be most attractive.
Day 17 : Varanasi to Kathmandu
As we finish our breakfast, we take you on an excursion to Sarnath. It is the buried Buddhist city where Gautam Buddha delivered his first sermon. Thereafter he went to Sarnath. His 'Wheel of the Dharma' is quite popular out there. Sarnath retains the age old charm of a scholarly city. In the later afternoon, we transfer you to the airport in order to board flight for Kathmandu. On the arrival in Kathmandu you are transferred to one of the pre-booked hotels to relax.
Day 18 : Kathmandu
In the early morning hours, we visit the valley of Kathmandu, the capital city of Nepal, Swayambhunath & Museum. In the afternoon, we take you on an excursion to Patan & Tibetan Handicraft centre.
Day 19 : Kathmandu
As we finish our breakfast, we take you to the famous Bhaktapur, Boudhnath & Pashupatinath. In the afternoon, we move towards the famous Dhulikhel and go through the beautiful sunset. Thereafter we return to Kathmandu after witnessing the beautiful sunset.
Day 20 : Kathmandu - Delhi
As we finish our breakfast, you get time to enjoy your leisure time. In the afternoon hours, we make you transfer to the airport in order to board flight for Delhi. As we arrive at Delhi, we transfer you to a pre booked hotel.
Day 21 : Depart Delhi
On the very last day of our journey, we transfer you to the airport in order to board flight back home. The tour ends with us at Travelogy India but not the sweet memories. Your next arrival with some other tourist place in India is awaited.
