Booking, Cancellation, Modification & Refund policy

The contract will be not effective between the service provider agency Rajasthan Travel Services (RTS) and the client until received the full amount of payment from client.
The following cancellation charges shall apply as per the period of cancellation terms.
We need to guarantee the booking 45 days prior to the travel date. Except during (high demand season) Pushkar Fare , Diwali and New Year period where we need to guarantee the booking 90 days prior to travel date.
In case of some boutique / special hotels we have to make advance payment at the time of booking and that we will inform you in advance. Such charges may not be refundable & may be at.the discretion of hotel or supplier
Once the booking is done and advance paid, minimum 10% of the package cost to be deducted
If postponed or preponed of the service date made on or before 30 days, only 5% of the package cost to be deducted and cost for the desired date of the service to be calculated on the basis of Hotel Cost and Transportation Cost of that particular time period
45-30 days before of service starts, 20% of the total package cost will be deducted
From 29 days up to 15 days before of service 40 % of total cost will be deducted
From 14 days up to 10 days before of service 50 % of total cost will be deducted
From 09 days up to 06 days before of service 60 % of total cost will be deducted
From 05 days up to 48hrs before of service 90 % of total cost will be deducted
Between 48 hours to the day of service starts 100 % of total cost will be deducted
In case of NO SHOW, 100% of the total coast will be deducted
In case of special requirements or services where pre-payment is made to a third party service supplier, RTS (Rajasthan Travel Service) is not liable to bear such charges & may entirely be at discretion & cancellation policy of the third party supplier.
Necessary Charges incurred to book & refund , like payment processing fee shall be deducted.
RTS reserves the right to amend the quoted rate in case of changes in any tax or surcharges structure, increase of fuel cost, and any of cost increase beyond control of the company. On that situation the service provider agency RTS will inform in advance to the client or related person for additional payment amount to be paid before start of service.
How do I get a refund after canceling my booking? After canceling your booking, you will need to send us the copy of Invoice to accounts@rts.co.in

On receiving the copy of Invoice, the refund, if any, under criteria mentioned above, shall be processed within 30-45 days from the date of receipt.
Agency Waiver
Rajasthan Travel Services is not the source or supplier of the requested travel services; it acts solely as an agent for the actual suppliers' services provided.
The passenger is advised that the suppliers whose names appear in the information supplied by Rajasthan Travel Services are the ones actually responsible for providing the travel services purchased. The passenger consents to and requests the use of those suppliers and agrees not to hold Rajasthan Travel Services responsible should any of these suppliers: 1) fail to provide the travel services purchased; 2) fail to comply with any applicable law; or 3) engage in any negligent act or omission that causes me any sort of injury, damage, delay or inconvenience.
Rajasthan Travel Services is not responsible for, nor will it will be held liable for, any injury, damage or loss suffered on account of any conditions, actions or omissions that are beyond its reasonable control.
It is further understood and acknowledged that travel to many parts of the world may involve the risk of a variety of hazards to health and/or safety, including but not limited to disease, crime, terrorism and warfare. Because each traveler’s risk tolerance is different, Rajasthan Travel Services not in a position to advise or recommend whether travel to any particular place at any particular time should take place. It is recommended that the traveler should refer to objective third-party sources of travel information, such as that maintained by the U.S. Department of State (travel.state.gov).
